Subject: | [amigactive] PFS Fragmentation.. |
Evenin all
I have just decided to go through all my PFS partitions and get rid of all
the fragmented files on them (replace them). I decided to use the PFSDefrag
thingy from aminet (together with DOpus) but I am having trouble getting
one file to defragment at the moment:
fragmented file Games:Foundation/gfx/anim/foundintro90.paf (332 fragments)
I have tried copying the file from its current location to ram: and then
copying it back to get rid of the fragmentation (PFSDefrag didnt defrag it
:-/) thinking that would solve it. It didnt.
So the next thing I did was copy the file from the original CD and I was
pretty sure that would work - it didnt :-/
Anyone got any ideas how to get the partiton defragged properly?
(I have a feeling I will get more files like this on my internet partition)
